Returns and Exchanges

Because of the custom nature of each order, all sales are final, no returns or refunds are available. But we are always happy to work with you to exchange for the correct size if your ring size needs to be adjusted for a perfect fit.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

As most of our products are over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your exchanged item.
